We are more than happy to accommodate your reservation request. Please remember that we are holding your reservation request pending your pet's arrival. Many times customers forget that our facilities are limited and that we become full. When we reach our total occupancy capacity we have to refuse reservation requests and turn business away. If you do not cancel your reservations in a timely manner (at least 5 days in advance) we are unable, in most instances, to re-book the space we have held for you.

OFF SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
(LABOR DAY UNTIL MEMORIAL DAY):
5 Days Cancellation or Change Notice -- All Reservations Must Be Guaranteed By Credit Card. If You Cancel or Change Within The 5 Day Period From The Date You Reserved And We Are Unable To Fill The Space You Abandoned Then You Are Subject To A $25.00 Cancellation/Change Fee Per Pet.

IN SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
(MEMOIRAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY):
All reservations are required to have a $25.00 non-refundable deposit per run reserved. Any cancellation or “no-show” will result in the loss of this deposit.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
(CALL FOR DATES):
All reservations are required to have a non-refundable deposit of half (50%) of the basic boarding rates per pet for the total days reserved. Any cancellation or “no-show” will result in the loss of this deposit. All holiday reservations must be canceled or changed 14 days prior to the arrival date or you will be charged for the entire cost of the basic boarding fees for the dates reserved.
